Family Guy Quotes
Family Guy Quotes - The Funniest Quotes from the Griffin Family. Giggity, giggity, goo!!!
Brian: Oh my god. They ate Tricia Takanawa.
Peter: Why? They're just gonna get hungry again in an hour.
Stewie: Yes, but no sprinkles. For every sprinkle i find, i shall KILL you.
Stewie: Hey, mother, I come bearing a gift. I'll give you a hint. It's in my diaper and it's not a toaster.
Stewie: Augh! What the hell do you think you're doing?
Brian: I'm cleaning myself.
Stewie: You were clean fifteen minutes ago, now you're just on vacation.
Robber: I'm gonna go bang my girlfriend and then I'm gonna kill Chris Griffin!
Stewie: Good lord! Can he really say "bang my girlfriend" on TV?

Worst site design evvver!!!
Just go ahead and try to find something on this site, G4techTV, bet you can't. And with more ads that are bigger and over dominate the info that you might find, it sucks. That and there is old archives of TechTV show notes. It would have been easier to have left the old TechTV and G$ pages intact and merged the info into the site over a couple of months. That way people could still get the old stuff and the new stuff could have been put on the new site. I for one have no interest in the new channel. I am not a big gamer put I love tech. As it says at the top of my page "On the bleeding edge of technology, because tech things turn me on!!" I will watch The Screen Saver, Fresh Gear, and Unscrewed but that is about all. And I have a feeling that I will stop watching them here soon, when production starts in LA in July. Good by TechTV, you will be missed.

Microsoft has a heart
Good news, Microsoft cares and might have a heart after all. They've extended the support life cycle for most of their products from 7 to ten years. That means Windows 98 and Me will continue to be supported until 2008 and beyond.
Mac OS fix fails to plug security hole
A patch to Mac OS X pushed through Software Update by Apple last Friday did not fix a vulnerability that would allow a malicious web page access to your system. Unsanity is offering a program called Paranoid Android that fixes the problem. Read their white paper to understand why it's so difficult to solve.
Verizon to offer 'naked' DSL
Verizon to offer 'naked' DSL. No it is not what you think. They are going to offer DSL (broadband internet) with out having to pay subscribe to a phone line. This is something that I for one would love to have available to me. I already have 500 minutes, unlimited night and weekend minutes, and nation wide long distance on my wireless (cell) phone so I really have no need for a land line phone service. But I do want high speed internet and DSL is safer and more relable then cable just a tad slower. But I am willing to sacrafice some speed for security. That and DSL is usually around $15 cheaper per month then high speed cable.

'Pirate Act' raises civil rights concerns
'Pirate Act' raises civil rights concerns. So if this goes through it will be a federal crime and time in a federal prison to swap files on the internet. Along with some hefty fines. But armed robbery gets you 3 to 5 at some state prison. For some reason I think that our government has better things to do then watch what I share and download online. Thank you RIAA and MPAA, you are one step closer to shutting down the internet.

McDevitt Cookout
Went to a cook out this afternoon/evening. Much fun. Here is the link to the pics. Check out my moblog for more pics too. Also on our way home we could see the fireworks from the RailRoad Festival in town so we stoped by and I got some pics there too. I did these pic pages with a new piece of software that automaticaly generates the pages and thumbnail for me. It is very cool. I will have to learn how to do some tweaking with it to make them look better but for now it saves me tons of work creating the pages.

Java is great
Both the coding and drink, CAFFEINE!!!!!!!!!!!! JavaScript Source has tons of free scripts. I will definatly be using some of these on my site.
Curious
Ok, I was just going through my stats pages from the blog and my site. I have some odd ones that are coming up 'Self Refering Bookmarkers'. That means that the address is typed into the address bar or added to a favorite list. Many of the site that have me linked on them I know as well, but I have some ip addresses that I do not recognize with the 'Self refering bookmarker' title. So if it is not too much trouble could the regular visitors to this blog e-mail me where you are at and who you connect to the internet through (ISP). I will not try to hack any of you. As I said I know where most of you are from and who you connect with. The reason I am doing this is because I also have a few that got me wondering, like these, portageco.com and an ip address from the Oregan/Montanaish area. I would not be wondering if they were just searching and came across my sites, but these are just weird. That and some of the email I have been getting. It has been coming into the addresses that I have on the blog and some of my old addresses that I check on occation. I have been brushing them off as spam but the closer I look at them they just look like a forwarded piece of spam with some header info stripped out. I will have to do some more research on them though.
If you do not wish to send the info that is fine just let me know because like I said I probably already know. And DO NOT POST THE INFO IN THE COMMENTS!!!! That is not a good idea, trust me.
Thank everyone.

Power back on
Well the power is back on and I missed the final episode of Call for Help. It will not be reaired so I am a little pissed about that. I have seen every episode for the last 6 years and sat through both Help-a-thons (18 and 12 hours long they were) and to miss the last one, the farewell one, just sucks. Maybe someone will put it up on the web for download.
Power out
Power is out, missing final Call for Help episode, this sucks. Only have about 15 mins of power left on battery. Post again when power returns.

Don't buy gas on May 19th
IT HAS BEEN CALCULATED THAT IF EVERYONE IN THE UNITED STATES DID NOT PURCHASE A DROP OF GASOLINE FOR ONE DAY AND ALL AT THE SAME TIME, THE OIL COMPANIES WOULD CHOKE ON THEIR STOCKPILES. AT THE SAME TIME IT WOULD HIT THE ENTIRE INDUSTRY WITH A NET LOSS OF OVER 4.6 BILLION DOLLARS WHICH AFFECTS THE BOTTOM LINES OF THE OIL COMPANIES.THEREFORE MAY 19TH HAS BEEN FORMALLY DECLARED "STICK IT UP THEIR A$$" DAY AND THE PEOPLE OF THIS NATION SHOULD NOT BUY A SINGLE DROP OF GASOLINE THAT DAY. THE ONLY WAY THIS CAN BE DONE IS IF YOU FORWARD THIS E-MAIL TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN AND AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN TO GET THE WORD OUT. WAITING ON THIS ADMIINSTRATION TO STEP IN AND CONTROL THE PRICES IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE REDUCTION AND CONTROL IN PRICES THAT THE ARAB NATIONS PROMISED TWO WEEKS AGO? REMEMBER ONE THING, NOT ONLY IS THE PRICE OF GASOLINE GOING UP BUT AT THE SAME TIME AIRLINES ARE FORCED TO RAISE THEIR PRICES, TRUCKING COMPANIES ARE FORCED TO RAISE THEIR PRICES WHICH EFFECTS PRICES ON EVERYTHING THAT IS SHIPPED. THINGS LIKE FOOD, CLOTHING, BUILDING MATERIALS, MEDICAL SUPPLIES ETC. WHO PAYS IN THE END? WE DO! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. IF THEY DON'T GET THE MESSAGE AFTER ONE DAY, WE WILL DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN. SO DO YOUR PART AND SPREAD THE WORD. FORWARD THIS EMAIL TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW. MARK YOUR CALENDARS AND MAKE MAY 19TH A DAY THAT THE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES SAY "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!"
Got this in an email this evening.
Before Luke or Kate get in here to tear this apart like the email I got. I know it is fake, that is why it is only here and not on Politik7 too. This was on fark sometime in the past couple weeks. Someone sent it to me so I just sent it out again, figured lets keep this thing going. That and I am not going to back check everything that comes to my inbox at snoopes or any other site. I mean come on there are boobie links that need to be checked. And besides it has been a slow week for posts, one in a week, needed something to fill the void.

Prom CD raises copyright questions
Prom CD raises copyright questions. This is just fucking stupid. These kids wanted something that would make their prom memorable and some asshat has to make a big deal about it. My question is who is the asshat? That freaking lawyer, Quinn is the founder of IPWatchdog.com, a web site devoted to intellectual property, Internet and antitrust law. Three songs per CD and they seem to be songs that the artists could care less if these kids did this, "Walk Like an Egyptian" by The Bangles, "Born to Fly" by Sara Evans and "100 Years" by the band Five for Fighting. Just plain stupid.

New Blogger
Anyone who uses blogger knows by know that there are a lot of new features. I am thinking about using some of these new features. And I might have to change my blog layout. I know I tried this once before and everyone said they liked this design better. Since then I have been playing around with some different layouts and have not come up with much. I have also been testing moving this to my main site. So if you have any input leave it (good input Luke and any of your other personalities). I will also keep everyone up to date on the TechTV situation. As it stand now the last day of TTV programming is May 28, or that is the day that Comcast/G4 (A$$HOLES!!!) will officially take over. I am not happy. I have removed the TTV links from my links section in preparation of them not working anymore. Until later, out.

Funnie 'hehe'
So God calls to Adam and says, "Adam, I have some good news and some bad news. What do you want to hear first?"
Adam replies, "The good news."
God answers, "Well, the good news is I gave you a penis and a brain."
Then Adam says, "OK, so what's the bad news?"
And God says, "I only gave you enough blood to operate one at time."

Apple patented by Microsoft
Apple patented by Microsoft?!?!?! What?!?!?! RTFA to find out what this is all about.
Kazaa Revolution
Kazaa Revolution. This is very cool. A band is now making their dreams come true thanks to those that shared their songs on a p2p network. 1000's of fans made this happen. And to think the RIAA wants to shut p2p networks down. Support the independent artist.
